Excellent 4 hour session on flat water, although could be gusty at times. Really felt I progressed, managed to stay upwind in the lighter winds and held an edge in the gusts.

As the tide came in ventured further out, but on the advice of Jon the hat, not too far didn't want to spark off another full scale rescue.

The sailing, the sunshine and the company made for a top weekend.
